Outside-half Matthew Lewis’ local club is Wattstown RFC and he captained the side in the 2021/22 as they went unbeaten in the league that season. He’s also played for the Mid District representative side on several occasions.
Matthew was invited to train with Pontypridd RFC towards the end of the 2021/22 season and he made his debut off the bench away at Cardiff at the Arms Park in April 2022.
Matthew is linked to Pontypridd RFC on permit from his local club Wattstown RFC.
