Brynaman born, and having previously represented Cardiff, Gary was a lynchpin of the Pontypridd team during the successful era of the mid seventies. He later went on to work as a regional officer with the WRU and is currently a tv and radio rugby pundit.

Gary Samuel will share his words of wisdom with Rugby Show host Alun Jones.
