The Pontypridd RFC Mini & Juniors were in action on Sunday 15th March, competing in matches against Pencoed and Ebbw Vale.
UNDER 7’S COMPLETE DOUBLE OVER PENCOED
Under 7’s Pontypridd 3 – 2 Pencoed
Pontypridd’s young stars came out on top after a tight game against Pencoed.
Pontypridd opened the scoring with a short range sniping run from Leon George, but at half time found themselves 2-1 down. Despite this they put in a much improved defensive effort after the break to win the second half 2-0 (tries from Leon George and William Holmes) and complete the double over Pencoed.Congratulations to all the players for a good team performance.
