Pontypridd Rugby Football Club is a name known throughout the rugby playing world.  In a recent survey, conducted by the University of Glamorgan, Pontypridd is recognised as the club most people in Wales would support after their own. 

After qualifying for the inaugural British and Irish Cup competition, Pontypridd RFC is once again venturing into exciting new terrain. In order to further expand our brand, image and success, we are currently seeking a new Marketing Executive to join the most popular Premiership Rugby Club in Wales. 

We require someone who can play a part in the continuing development and implementation of the marketing strategy of the club. With exposure to all parts of the business – both on and off the field – it represents an amazing opportunity for someone with a passion for sport, and Rugby in particular.

You will be tasked with contributing to the planning and implementation of our income generation and marketing activities, which will include pro-actively targeting further sponsorship opportunities, enhancing membership generation, and increasing our income streams.

Your duties will include:

• Playing a major role in successfully achieving the annual sponsorship target;
• Actively promoting the facilities available within the Sardis Road stadium complex;
• Generating and facilitating promotional campaigns and Public Relations exercises;
• Contributing towards the continued growth of our membership;
• Assisting in promoting our already prominent brand image and identity.
