The word from within the camp - from Langers

New Pontypridd Team Manager Richard Langmead will reflect on his first few months in the job as special guest of the GTFM Rugby Show this coming Friday, 10th October.

"Langers" will join up with regular show host Alun Jones to discuss the season so far, giving a valued insight from within the Ponty camp, as well as other rugby issues in general.

The GTFM Rugby Show goes on air between 6:30 and 7 pm, broadcast on the 107.9 FM wavelength. Tune in - its well worth a listen!
