Pontypridd v Ebbw Vale Matchday Preview

Pontypridd host Ebbw Vale in round seven of the Indigo Premiership Cup Eastern pool on Saturday 6th November, the match kicking off at the revised time of 1:00pm.

Pontypridd will be looking to bounce back from the loss against pool toppers Newport when they welcome Ebbw Vale to Sardis Road. The men from the Gwent valleys have experienced an indifferent start to the season picking up two wins from their six games to date. During this season’s previous encounter between the two it was Ebbw who took the spoils with a 16-6 hard fought win at the CiNer Glass Community Stadium back in late September.

The games between Ponty and Ebbw usually produce tough close fought encounters and this Saturday should be no different.

Supporters are reminded that the Pwllgwaun end remains closed and access is only via the clubhouse entrance. Ticket prices for the game are priced at £12 for adults and £10 for concessions with under 16’s gaining free entrance provided they are accompanied by a paying adult.

Wales Autumn Internationals continue this Saturday with Wales looking to bounce back from last weekend’s defeat at the hands of New Zealand, against current World Champions South Africa the match kicking off at 5.30pm. Preceding the Wales game England host Tonga at 3.15pm and after the Wales game France take on Argentina kicking of at 8pm. All of these games are live on Amazon Prime and are being shown live at the Sardis Road clubhouse.

Before Ponty’s kick off, live football will be on the screens with Manchester United hosting rivals Manchester City the match kicking off at 12.30pm.

With a fantastic day of live sport on offer Sardis Road is the place to be this coming Saturday!
