Ryan Spriggs joined Pontypridd in readiness for the 2022/23 campaign. Prior to that he had previous experience of playing in the Welsh Premiership with Cardiff RFC for two seasons between 2017-2019. He left Wales to play in Hong Kong before returning to the country and joined Ponty in the summer of 2022.
He made his debut for Pontypridd off the bench against his old club Cardiff in September 2022 and made 4 appearances – the last coming against Llanelli at Sardis Road in October 2022.
