Cilfynydd product Garrick Legge came up through the ranks of Beddau RFC, winning international honours with Wales at youth level as an abrasive back rower.
Having also represented the South Wales Scorpions in the rugby league code, Garrick was drafted into the Pontypridd squad in 2019, following in the footsteps of his father Dai but his contribution limited to a solitary appearance.
