Having come up through the ranks of his local club Wattstown RFC Keiron Assiratti was drafted into the Blues age grade squads, going on to win Wales caps at youth level.
Whilst with the regional academy Keiron was allocated to Pontypridd, belying his young age as a solid tight head prop in the grown up world of the Welsh Premiership and rewarded with further international honours with Wales under 20s.
Recognised as a big talent in the making Keiron progressed to the senior Blues squad, still turning out from time to time for Pontypridd and also for Cardiff at club level.
