General Meeting – Wednesday 22nd May 2024

Following the AGM of Ponty Rugby Limited which was held on 18th January 2024, Pontypridd RFC can now confirm there will be a follow up General Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday 22nd May 2024.

The General Meeting will start promptly at 7.30pm and this meeting will be followed immediately by an Extraordinary General Meeting with one item on the agenda, an ordinary resolution to increase the share capital of the Company by a limited amount.

All shareholders of Ponty Rugby Ltd are invited to attend both meetings, and please note that parking will only be available in the Sardis Road car park opposite the club.
