Pontypridd RFC can confirm that outside-half Jake Lloyd and hooker Ryan Spriggs have left the Club for pastures new.
Jake Lloyd signed for Pontypridd RFC in January 2022 and claimed the WRU Man of the Match award on his club debut after the team’s win away at RGC later that month, bagging himself 15 points in the process. He made 12 appearances and scored 74 points in total for Ponty.
Ryan Spriggs joined Pontypridd in readiness for the 2022/23 campaign, prior to that he had previous experience of playing in the Welsh Premiership with Cardiff RFC for two seasons between 2017-2019. He left Wales to play in Hong Kong before returning to the country and joined Ponty last summer. He made his debut for the Club off the bench against his old club Cardiff in September 2022 and made 4 appearances – the last coming against Llanelli at Sardis Road in October 2022.
Pontypridd RFC would like to wish both Jake and Ryan all the best for their future endeavours.
