Ponty away to Bedlinog in National Cup Round 1

Pontypridd have been drawn away to Bedlinog in the first round of the National Cup.

The tie will be played on the weekend of 5th January 2019.

Ponty will be looking to overcome their Championship opponents and progress in the competition, having suffered a first round defeat at Cross Keys last season.

Cup holders Merthyr are drawn away to Aberavon in one of only three all-Premiership ties, the others being Newport v RGC and Carmarthen Quins v Ebbw Vale.
