Hailing from Llantrisant James Little represented Pontyclun juniors before progressing from youth to senior level with his hometown club.
Already having made his mark as an abrasive lock in the successful Coleg y Cymoedd squad, James turned out for Cardiff Met whilst completing his studies there, gaining international honours for Wales at student and youth levels.
Following a one season stint with Newport in 2018 James went to play for Bridgend in the Premiership, before making the move to Pontypridd in the summer of 2021.
James is employed as a community manager with Welsh Water.
