Former Ponty Youth prop Ben Drew joined the Club from Bedwas RFC in August 2024.
The loose-head had been playing for Bedwas in the WRU Championship for the past three seasons before playing for Ponty on permit in the Valley Commandos 2024 pre-season win against Cardiff at Sardis Road.
After an accomplished personal performance against a strong Blue & Blacks pack Ben linked up with Ponty ahead of the team’s 2024/25 Admiral Welsh Premiership campaign.
