Matchday Experience Survey

The board of directors and all concerned with Pontypridd RFC are always searching and thinking of ways to improve your match day experience when you visit Sardis Road. In order to achieve this, a survey has been designed so that the thoughts and views of Wales’ most loyal fans are collected to ensure that you are getting the most out of your visit to Sardis Road.

 

There are two ways in which you can complete the survey, but both are set out the same way.  The first is online and the web address for the online survey is:- https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/9PHTFRX. The second is via a paper format.  The paper version will be available at tonight’s game, in the clubhouse at the main bar. Once the paper surveys have been filled in there will also be a box at the bar for you to put them into. The online survey will be available until the 31st March 2019.

The club intends to use the valuable feedback we get to create and develop a concise plan to turn the feedback into actions that will benefit all involved.
