Come Saturday – a Sardis fire-cracker

Sardis Road will be the place to be this coming Saturday 2nd November as Pontypridd take on early season pace setters Aberavon in a Premiership showdown.

Slotted in between Halloween and Bonfire Night, this event could be frightening, it could be a fire-cracker, it will be unmissable.

There will be lots going on at the House of Pain on Saturday.

The main event is the top of the table clash between Pontypridd and Aberavon, the visitors coming to defend their 100% record in the competition. The big match kicks off at 2:30pm, with admission to all areas of the ground charged at £12 (£10 concessions seniors and students), under 16s allowed in free when accompanied by a paying adult.

The Clubhouse Bars at Sardis will be open from 12 noon. Showing on the BT Sports channel will be football action from Bournemouth v Manchester United at 12:30pm then the rugby clash between the Ospreys and Connacht on S4C at 5:15pm.

Taking centre stage in the Clubhouse Bar from 6pm onwards will be live band the Big Lick. With a wide range of beverages on tap in the newly refurbished bars and food from the kitchen, a warm welcome and great entertainment awaits all who stay on – see you there.
