On Friday evening 10th March, the Wales Women senior international team take on Spain at Sardis Road, in a game which kicks off at 7 pm. All Ponty supporters who are not travelling to the club's away league tie at Ebbw Vale on the same evening, are urged to turn out in force to give Wales Women their full vocal backing.
Sardis Road is now the designated home venue for the Wales Women's team, but their stay there got off to a bad start as the fixture against Scotland last month had to be moved at short notice to the University playing fiels in Treforest due to freezing conditions. A good turn out of support for the game against Spain would kick start the Women's home campaign at their very own "House of Pain".
Admission to the Wales v Spain international is charged at £5 for adults, with under 18s allowed in free. Tickets will be on sale on the gates, on the night.
