Share in the future of Ponty Rugby

There is an opportunity for supporters and benefactors of Pontypridd RFC to purchase shares in Ponty Rugby Ltd, providing an excellent means of investing in the future of the club.

An increase in the authorised share capital of the company was sanctioned by the 2010 AGM, providing an opportunity for people to invest in the club and to become shareholders with full voting rights in the limited company.

Shares are priced at £50 each and can be purchased in two ways:

• Buying shares outright in any multiples of £50 (a share application form is attached).
• Buying shares through a standing order scheme, with set monthly payment of whatever amount, with every £50 accrued generating a new share certificate in your name.
