Pulling a crowd at Sardis
Pulling a crowd at Sardis

The prospect of Pontypridd taking on Newport in a winner-takes-all National Cup showdown has a traditional appeal, one that should draw a large crowd to Sardis Road this coming Saturday 18th February.

Saturday afternoon rugby, kicking off at 2:30pm, is not always guaranteed on weekends in these times of experimentation and change. There can be no better way of spending the 'day of sport', and at the beginning of half term week as it will be, than watching a knock-out cup game at Sardis Road.

Supporters are invited to share the invitation to attend amongst neighbours, friends and family, to spread the word that a Sardis Saturday is a good day out all round.

The National Cup game against Newport will be all-pay, for which season tickets are not valid. Admission prices have however been pegged back to make the game more accessible.

General ground admission will be priced at just £10 with £7 concessions for students and seniors. Juniors under 16 will be allowed in free when accompanied by a paying adult.

That's your Saturday sorted at Sardis!
