Pontypridd Schools maintain Dewar Shield momentum

It remains tight at the top of the Dewar Shield table with Cardiff, Pontypridd and Rhondda Schools all pushing hard to claim pole position in the rankings prior to the play-off stages of the competition.

The Pontypridd under 15s continued their impressive run of form with an emphatic 50pts to 0 victory over Pontypool at Sardis Road on Thursday evening 18th January.

On the following Saturday it was top versus bottom when Cardiff travelled to play  Vale of Glamorgan and came away with a 0pts to 17 victory. The capital team maintained a 100% winning record and held on to top spot in the Dewar table, three points clear of Pontypridd and Rhondda.
