Ponty v Leeds - live on TV

The British & Irish Cup pool tie between Pontypridd and Leeds Carnegie on Saturday 17th December will be screened live on S4C's Clwb Rygbi programme.

The visit of the outside broadcast cameras to Sardis Road has entailed a change to the kick off time, with the game now set to start at 6:30pm.

With both teams mounting a realistic challange for qualification from BIC pools 5 and 6 respectively, this Wales v England club battle could prove to be a crunch tie.

This will be the first live televised match of the season for Pontypridd, and a large festive crowd at Sardis Road should once again generate the kind of atmosphere that the wider tv audience loves to see.
