Ponty squad get ready to turn on the lights

Members of the Pontypridd squad, led by skipper Chris Dicomidis, will be on hand to help turn on the town’s Christmas lights on Thursday evening 18^th November.

The big ‘switch on’ will commence at 6pm in Pontypridd town centre.

There will be family entertainment, rides, attractions and a spectacular pyrotechnic display lighting up the evening.

Children from local schools will have the honour of turning on the town Christmas decorations.

Members of the Ponty squad, and the the Ponty Panda will be present to mingle with the children and the crowds, helping to launch the festive season at Pontypridd.

The event is free and will be on-going between 6pm and 8pm.
