Ponty's Cup Grogg

In response to a request made by the club, the Grogg Shop have once again come up trumps for Pontypridd RFC, producing an unique figure of the legendary Bob Pemberthy in traditional black and white colours. This figure will be used exclusively by Pontypridd to be presented to opposing clubs in the Konica Minolta Welsh Cup.

The Pontypridd Cup Grogg was presented by club Chief Executive Steve Reardon to the chairman of Builth Wells, Ian Blair, during the post match ceremonies between officials and players of the two clubs, following Ponty's hard fought win in the quarter final round of the cup.

Let's hope the black and white version of Bob Pemberthy can now make an appearance at the Millennium Stadium, for the final tie of the cup competition!
