Ponty drawn away to Neath in the cup

Pontypridd have been given a tough draw in the quarter final round of the SWALEC Cup with an away trip to Neath in prospect.

There were two all Premiership ties coming out of the draw, the other being a clash between Cross Keys and Cardiff. There will be a guaranteed presence from the lower leagues in the semi final cut as Newbridge were drawn against Ammanford or UWIC, with Ebbw Vale given a home draw against Beddau or Swansea.

The SWALEC Cup quarter final round, to be played on the weekend of 24^th March, is as follows:

• Newbridge v Ammanford / UWIC
• Cross Keys v Cardiff
• Neath v Pontypridd
• Ebbw Vale v Beddau / Swansea
