The atmosphere in a packed Pontypridd clubhouse as Wales battled to Triple Crown glory at Dublin on Saturday was buzzing. Now the 2008 Six Nations will build up to a climax on Saturday 15th March, as Wales take on France at the Millennium Stadium (5pm kick off) with Grand Slam and Championship honours at stake.
The “Super Saturday” finale of the Six Nations tournament will see Italy v Scotland at 1pm, England v Ireland at 3pm and Wales v France at 5pm. All of the action will be screened live on the new state of the art big screens installed in the Clubhouse Bar and Grandstand Lounge at Sardis Road.
The atmosphere will be highly charged – guaranteed – and with fine ales flowing from the bar and buffet bites laid on, Ponty Rugby Club will be an ideal venue for spectators to watch Wales challenge for glory.
The climax of the 2008 Six Nations will be a big rugby occasion, and the best place to be to experience the high drama and emotion is at your local rugby club – come on down to Pontypridd RFC to join in what promises to be a great day out.
