A blood donor session will be held at Pontypridd RFC on Friday 4^th November – the ideal opportunity to become a first time donor.

The Welsh Blood Service desperately needs fresh supplies of blood and Pontypridd RFC is proud to support the appeal for new donors.

Giving blood is the gift of life.

A session will be held in the Grandstand Lounge at Sardis Road on Friday 4^th November between 9:30am and 12:30pm.
