The GTFM Rugby Show this coming Friday, 26th October, will focus mainly on age grade development within Pontypridd RFC, and the Mini & Junior section's recent link up with the University of Glamorgan.
Guests on the show will be Ponty Mini & Junior representative, Age Grade secretary Martyn Lewis, along with Dean Parsons from the faculty of sports science at the University. Dean will already be well known to Pontypridd supporters, as a former conditioning coach with the club. The work being done by the University of Glamorgan in offering practical and scientific backing to the Ponty Mini & Junior sections should reap huge benefits for the club in years to come.
Also joining resident host Alun Jones on the Radio Show will be senior Pontypridd squad member, hooker Leighton Davies. "Barney" as he is otherwise known to his fellow players, has proved to be a hugely popular figure with supporters since his move to the club three seasons ago.
The GTFM Rugby Show will be on air this Friday at its usual time of 6:30 to 7 pm on 107.9 FM.
