Close and Howells on air

The special guests on the GTFM Rugby Show this Friday evening (5th October) will be Ponty Rugby director of finance Peter Howells, and winger Gavin Close.

Alun Jones will host the show, with plenty to talk about following Ponty's solid start to the new season, last Saturday apart! and Wales' untimely departure from the Rugby World Cup.

Peter Howells has been instrumental in steering Pontypridd RFC to financial stability, whilst young winger Gavin Close is a new recruit this season from neighbouring club Rhydyfelin.
