Cannon & Smith - an enhanced partnership

Pontypridd RFC is delighted to announce that one of its most recent sponsorship partners  - Cannon & Smith Law Practice – are enhancing their links with the club into the coming season.

The directors of Cannon & Smith are both ‘Ponty fanatics’ and have backed up their support for the club by becoming sponsors. The partnership will now grow as the company brand will be seen on the team shirts as well as being advertised around the ground.

Ponty Rugby Commercial & Marketing Manager Gareth Howells commented:

“Both Victoria and Danielle have been hugely enthusiastic in supporting us over the past couple of seasons. It is good to see that their business is progressing well and has benefited from its links with our club.

“We are delighted that they have chosen to place their logo on the match shirts, which will further enhance their brand wherever the Ponty team travels and on our live televised matches.”

“This is the second season that we at Cannon & Smith Law Practice have sponsored Pontypridd RFC . There is no better sponsorship for us in RCT - we convey our message to thousands and we provide a benefit to a club that is the heart of the community.

“We have received direct business from sponsorship but we have also met other sponsors alike, who have supported us as a new business. There is a strong community spirit at Pontypridd RFC.

“The sponsorship offers can suit all budgets so you don’t have to be a large company to find a deal to suit you. We only set up our practice last year and didn’t think that we could afford sponsorship. However, we contacted Gareth Howells and we were pleasantly surprised.

“Last year Pontypridd RFC thrived in three competitions, which in turn increased the support received. We can’t think of a better way to promote our business and to bring pride to the town and surrounding communities. We hope to support Pontypridd RFC for many years to come...”
