Big cup week for Ponty juniors

Pontypridd RFC under 14s and under 12s carry the flag for the club in the Blues Junior Cup, with two big games coming up next week.

On Sunday 10^th April the Ponty under 14s will contest the Cup semi final round against Rhiwbina. The game will be played on the Whitchurch Hospital Fields, Cardiff, kicking off at 11am.

The under 14s are current Blues Cup champions and will be going all out to progress to the final.

On Tuesday evening 12^th April the Ponty under 12s will face St Peter’s in the Blues Cup Final, staged at the Arms Park and kicking off at 7:15pm.

A good show of support for the Ponty youngsters at both venues would be greatly appreciated.

Pontypridd under 10s and under 13s both narrowly lost out in the semi final stage of the Blues Cup.

The under 10s drew their tie against Brecon 7pts all, but Brecon going through as the away team. Ponty under 13s suffered a narrow defeat to Rhiwbina by 3pts to 7.
