Become a "horizontal hero" - give blood

Hospitals in Wales continually need a fresh supply of blood – the call goes out for all supporters of Pontypridd RFC who are willing and able, to become blood donors.

Giving blood simply saves lives – please contact the Welsh Blood Service to offer your services, or turn up at a local blood donor session. Attached is a list of donor sessions in the Rhondda Cynon Taf area during the month of March.

There will be two donor session held at the Pontypridd RFC ground, on Friday 5^th March between 10am and 6pm and on Friday 26^th March between 10am and 6pm.
