"Gurkha" on GTFM

The special guest on the GTFM Rugby Show this coming Friday  20^th November  will be a true legend of Pontypridd RFC, former hooker Phil John.

Known as “Gurkha” and an idol of supporters during his thirteen years with the club, Phil John epitomised the true spirit of Ponty Rugby. His never say die attitude and his passion in everything that he did on the field of play during the successful era’s of the late eighties and nineties summed up what Pontypridd RFC is all about.

Phil John will join regular host Alun Jones on the Rugby Show on Friday evening 20^th November between 6:30 and 7pm. The programme will be broadcast on GTFM on the 107.9 FM wavelength.
